Minke Cottage is a beautifully restored traditional kiwi cottage set in mature gardens. This holiday house offers comfortable, well appointed self-contained accommodation for up to 9 people. The cottage has 4 bedrooms which can be set up with double or single beds. There are two bathrooms and a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with open fire, flat screen tv and cable (free sport and movies). The big dining table seats 9 people comfortably. Outside there is a private garden to the front and a shared (with Beluga) garden to the back. The cottage is toasty warm in winter and cool in summer. 

Minke is perfect for groups of friends or families wanting the more independent holiday.

Please note that Minke Cottage is totally self-contained and guests do not have access to Beluga Lodge or any of its facilities.

Booking requirements: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking. Check in time is from 2pm onwards and check out up until 10am.

Cancellation Policy: cancellation 14 to 28 days prior to arrival results in one night being charged; cancellation within 14 days of arrival results in all nights being charged. All deposits are non-refundable. As we are a small property any cancellations affect us greatly, so we strictly impose our cancellation policy - we therefore strongly advise you to take out travel insurance in case you have to cancel for reasons out of your control.

Rates:

PEAK (June-October):

$375 NZD per night for up to 4 people plus $25 per extra person 

(3 night minimum stay)
 

                                      OFF PEAK (November-May):

$275 NZD per night for up to 9 people (2 night minimum stay)
