Rates:  $220 NZD per room per night including continental & cooked breakfast 

Booking requirements:  A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking. Check in time is from 2pm onwards and check out up until 10am. We are always happy to discuss a reduction for large bookings.

Cancellation Policy: cancellation 14 to 28 days prior to arrival results in one night being charged; cancellation within 14 days of arrival results in all nights being charged. All deposits are non-refundable. As we are a small property any cancellations affect us greatly, so we strictly impose our cancellation policy - we therefore strongly advise you to take out travel insurance in case you have to cancel for reasons out of your control.
